Working with a local cafe, restaurants, local food producers and growers my aim is to make the food look as good as it really tastes. By working with fantastic ingredients that are local or organic is so important to me, I love to cook and I always like to try out new dishes. Food is the energy that makes us perform to our best, the photography of that food has to be mouth wateringly good. It has to evoke the feeling that I want to taste it or I have to make that recipe.

Food photography is tricky, not only because it smells so good but there is more setting up and styling before yo even take the shot, it’s more than any other form of photography that I do. My aim is to create the lifestyle photograph that sells a restaurant or cafe looking its most delightful.
