My visual diary, of a trip to Paris, my family photography in Paris.` I lasted visited Paris when I was a teenager, and all I wanted to see then was Jim Morrisons Grave. Paris is always Uber cool in my mind, it’s small but awesome. I love to walk along the Seine, to sit and people watch and to drink the strongest coffee that I can before my head explodes. This time was the first for the kids and Tim, it was all so exciting, so new and so bright. The Metro, The Eiffel Tower and just ambling along and finding Love Lock bridge, I loved this city adventure, I just needed about three more days there.`
It was the first trip abroad since Sj since she was diagnosed with Coeliac disease. I was worried, what will see eat? and how long can a kid survive on rice cakes before it becomes detrimental to there health. Although France is supposed to be the gastronomical hub of the world, I had my doubts. We discovered that it terms of Gluten Free it failed miserably. It was pomme frites and Steak all the way, with the occasional omelette thrown in for added protein. We did find these amazing restaurants – Helmet Newcake that served gluten free food and amazing breads too. Wanted to go to Exki but didn’t make it this time, although it is perfect for fast food take outs and picnic’s food in the summer. And found loads of helpful information in Gluten Free Mom.
So here it is, Paris the way I saw it. Theme tune is Touch Me The Doors
