Exeter Vintage Photographer
This is a fair based in Exeter and run by the talented Kim and Shelley. Last weekend it was held at the decadent Rougmont Hotel, there was a raft of stalls selling all sort of items including vintage clothes, quirky objects and vintage lifestyle. I was asked along to photograph the fashion show, it was great to be asked back last time I was with these lovely folk we were at the Exeter Castle.
It’s a fun afternoon out looking at old vintage clothes, Exeter does have a really good selection of proper vintage shops, I have been to Real McCoy in South Street loads of times. I met some cool stall holders here too especially for mens wear. I found a great stall called Chic which is situated at Trumps Emporium in Exmouth. Some people were having sewing lessons – something I wish I had more time to do with The Sewing Room, these best bit was it said on there stand bespoke design by “Granny Rocket” this is the best strap line I have seen in years!
