The best way to describe Nick and Mia’s wedding is an Indian English Garden Festival Wedding.
Choosing to get married outside in the UK can be a tricky decision, but this totally paid off for these two fabulous folk.
The Barn at South Milton is perched on the hilltops that surround Thurlestone beach. Nick and Mia came from London with all their guests to this little gem of a place to celebrate there wedding day. They made a colourful Little India set with traditional Lyre guitars filling the air with delicate music.
Getting married outside gives you the ability to fully enjoy the surroundings in there truest form, the sea air licks up from the beach and the birdsong is the constant wallpaper tinkling in the background.
The Barn venue was elegantly decorated with an abundance of greenery and a hint of white flowers. This has to be the perfect colour scheme for an elegant festival barn wedding.
The mix of Indian and English traditions continued through out the day, culminating with a top indian DJ getting everyone on the dance floor playing banging Bhangra tunes. It was a frantic, colourful and wild wedding party all rolled into dance floor frenzy. The energy was contagious, everyone was smiling, throwing there hands in the air and ‘twisting the lightbulb” it was a crazy dancing festival.
Congratulations to you both this is my most memorable wedding party I have had the pleasure of attending.
